All students will be sent by e-mail a comprehensive eight page Mosaic Guide
with mosaic techniques, suppliers and types of materials as well as grouting
information, how to site the mosaic and health and safety techniques. On arrival
there will be a power point presentation introduction and then an opportunity
to browse through a library of mosaic books and resources. Participants then
choose from a wide selection of mosaic tiles and set about their own mosaic
project. Liz de Ath is on hand to give as much guidance as required.
The courses offer:
- A real opportunity to tap into your creative self.
- The possibility of making a mirror, tabletop, planter, splash back for your bathroom or other architectural feature to enrich your home or garden.
- A finished piece of mosaic artwork that is all your own work.
- The mosaic-making skills and self-confidence to tackle further mosaic projects independently.
Well-stocked shelves of mosaic materials, all come free with course.

Testimonials
'I needed to write and say how much I enjoyed the mosaic course I
attended with you in June. You really are a wonderful tutor and my mosaic
mirror hangs proudly in my dining room, I have become quite a show off
about it!'
Louise, Hove.
'I spent a delightful weekend on this course. As a trainer myself,
I tend to have high standards. I was pleased to find Liz is an
extremely professional and talented teacher. She provides a friendly,
stimulating atmosphere.'
Shirley Rose, London.
'Wanted to say a big thank you for the Weekend Workshop. Had
a really lovely time and have been telling all my friends about
it. Wait till they see my mirror, and then they'll REALLY
be impressed! Sat reading your handout today which is great
reference material for any future projects...'
