Weekend mosaic courses 2012

These two day courses are for beginners and those with some experience. The weekend courses are an ideal opportunity to learn the skills of mosaic-making. You can make a handsome piece of artwork with the guidance of Liz de Ath with all the materials required to hand.

What you get

All participants will be sent by e-mail a comprehensive eight page Mosaic Guide. On arrival there will be an introduction to mosaic making and then an opportunity to browse a library of mosaic books and resources. People then set about their own project. All mosaic materials, tools and refreshments are provided. No time is wasted. On hand to give guidance is Liz de Ath.

The two-day course offers:

• The possibility of making a mirror, tabletop, planter, splash back to enrich your home or garden.
• A finished piece of mosaic artwork.
• The mosaic-making skills and confidence to tackle further projects independently.
• Over 100 different tiles to choose from.
• Lovely light lunches on both Saturday and Sunday and use of garden.
